Coaching
People seek coaching for many different reasons. You might be feeling stuck, facing a big transition, or wanting to make meaningful changes but unsure how to start. Perhaps you’re striving for greater clarity, confidence, or direction in your personal or professional life. Whatever has brought you here, coaching can provide a supportive and focused space to help you move forward.
As a qualified coach with training in NLP, I work creatively with clients to unlock fresh perspectives and strategies. Coaching isn’t about telling you what to do—it’s about helping you discover your own strengths, resources, and solutions. Together, we’ll explore what really matters to you, identify the barriers holding you back, and build practical steps towards your goals.
Many people are surprised by how energising and empowering the process feels. Coaching offers you a confidential space to reflect, be challenged, and grow.
Words of Wisdom
"Coaching is about creating a space where people can hear themselves think, dream bigger, and act with purpose."
Frequently Asked Questions
How do coaching sessions work?
Once you get in touch, we’ll arrange an initial conversation to make sure coaching is the right fit for you. Sessions can take place online (via Zoom) or face-to-face at my practices in London and Brighton—whichever works best for you. Each session lasts one hour.
Coaching is a collaborative process, so we’ll begin by clarifying what you want to achieve and identifying the goals that feel most important to you. From there, we’ll work creatively to explore new perspectives, uncover resources, and build practical steps that move you closer to where you want to be.
How often should I have coaching?
Most clients find it helpful to start with weekly sessions, as this creates momentum and focus. Over time, some choose to move to fortnightly or monthly sessions, depending on their needs and the progress they’re making.
How many sessions will I need?
Coaching is flexible and open-ended—you can decide how long you’d like to continue. Some people come for a short, focused series of sessions around a specific goal, while others work with me for a longer period of time to support ongoing growth and development.
