About Me
Hi, I’m Ellie. I help individuals, teams and organisations thrive by combining psychotherapy, coaching, and emotional intelligence training.
Therapeutically, I work with individuals and couples to navigate challenges like anxiety, low self-esteem, stress, and relationship difficulties, creating a safe and supportive space for change.
My one-to-one coaching draws on years of corporate experience, offering practical tools and strategies to help people unlock their potential and achieve their goals.
As a certified Emotional Intelligence practitioner, I also offer EI assessments where you can find out your EI in 15 key areas, as well as training to support individuals, teams, and leaders to communicate more effectively, strengthen resilience, and perform at their best.
Whether in the therapy room, in a coaching session, or in a training workshop, my focus is always on helping people grow.

Background
I was born just outside of London and, although I studied psychology at college, I put that passion to one side for a decade while I pursued a corporate career in business development and marketing. Over those 10 years, I worked my way up to become Head of Sales & Marketing in Canary Wharf, leading a team of eight. That time taught me a great deal - not only about leadership and performance, but also about the very real pressures and challenges that come with demanding roles, and the importance of investing in personal development.
That experience now shapes the way I coach and support others, because I truly understand what it’s like.
Eventually, I found my way back to psychology - retraining first as a coach and certified EQ-i practitioner, and later as a psychotherapist. Today, I bring together both worlds - my corporate experience and my therapeutic training - to help individuals, couples, and organisations grow effectively.
Outside of work, I love writing (I’ve published a book on coaching and have another in the works) and travelling. I now live by the sea in Brighton, though I come up to London twice a week to see clients.
