Ellie Bull Therapist

About Me

My name is Ellie and I'm an integrative therapist and coach, working with clients both online and from my London-based clinic.

My specialisations

Whilst I am qualified to work with a number of presenting challenges, I specialise in working with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and low confidence, stress and burnout, feeling lost and relationship problems.

Often these issues may be interlinked or you might be struggling with more than one. You can learn more about how these issues may present in your life, and how I can help with them by clicking here

Working with me

Working with an integrative style means that I adapt my approach with you based on the challenges you present with and what you wish to gain from the process. Therapy is not a one size fits all activity, and having different techniques to draw on means that we can work together to find what suits you and helps you to get the most out of each session. You can read more about that here.

Our goal will be to help you gain self-awareness and begin to challenge and change any unhelpful thought patters or behaviours.

What will our sessions look like?

I believe that for meaningful change to take place in your life, we have to build a strong relationship. I will always do my best to create a safe, non judgemental space for you feel confident enough to share and explore.

In our sessions we will explore what is going on for you currently in your life, and discuss a little bit about what it is you're hoping it to look like in the future.  We'll look at where you may be feeling unaligned or struggling to move on from past experiences.

I offer online sessions via Zoom for clients from all over the UK and I do also a small number of in-person sessions from my practice based in the City of London.

You can read a short article on what to expect in our first session together by clicking here.
